Our fitness gym is spacious and nicely lit, the maximum hight is a full 12 meters. In our over 1800 square meters of floor space you can find everything that you need for a proper work-out.

It is easy to start training at our gym. If you buy a card from the gym, the short instruction course is free of charge. It is possible to get introduction to the equipment with right methods and tips for optional performances or even a personalized work-out programme. Personal assistance costs 10e, you can fill out the preliminary questionnaire here.

At our fitness shop you can find high quality dietary supplements (Danutrition, Fenno Sport, ABB, All Stars, FAST), served also at one-time portions. The locker rooms are spacious and the saunas are hot after 2 p.m.
