The climbing gym is open all day at the same times as the gym 07-22, 10-18, 12-20.
A climbing instructor is available mon-fri 16-20 and sat 12-16. If you have never climbed before and would like to try this exciting sport you should arrive between these hours. Also if you have climbed and belayed somewhere else but would still like some more safety tips and someone watch over your shoulder please mention this at the reception desk. You are not allowed to teach any of your friends to climb or belay. All of the gear is included in the price of the first time visit so you do not need to bring anything of your own. Regular sports clothes and indoor shoes are sufficient. You can rent special climbing shoes from the desk for 3 euros (you will need socks with the rental shoes).
We teach all the beginners to belay with Petzl's I'D, the training takes around 15 minutes after which the climbing time is not limited. It is easier if you have a friend with you the first time.
If you are an experienced climber you will be allowed to use the premises freely after you have read our rules and signed the release form at the desk. You can use your own climbing gear as long as it is UIAA approved and in good condition. If you do not have a friend to climb with you can come on Tuesdays between 6 and 8 p.m. and ask the instructor to belay you.
We rent harnesses, locking carabiners, belay devices (Petzl I'Ds and regular ATCs) and climbing shoes of all sizes.
There are 11 route lines and 9 top ropes up to 9 meters high, the longest route is 13.5 meters long. Most of the wall is Entre-Prises free-form rock imitation. There is also a separate bouldering wall.
Indoor climbing is a safe and challenging sport which develops full body control, balance, endurance, flexibility and oxygen uptake when all of the muscles are used simultaneously. Now is your chance to test it in a safe environment!
