CIRCUIT A type of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises. A number of selected 'stations' are positioned around the facility and are to be visited in rapid succession. Easy for everybody!
HIP HOP A relaxed, hot hip hop / r&b rhytms filled class for everybody with a good feeling and some kick in their feet.
KEHONHUOLTO (Body maintenance)
The class contains round and circling moves with balance practice, deep muscle training and a lot of stretching. You will be more flexible, have more balance, reach, better posture and good feeling!
KIINTEYTYS (Firm up) After some easy warm-up exercises the muscle fitness and aerobic sections take turns. The class is ended with relaxing stretching.
KUNTONYRKKEILY (Fit-boxing)
Easy and very effective class for anyone interested in a proper workout. The class consists of boxing related aerobic endurance and muscle fitness moves with instruction on the technique and stretching.
MUOKKAUS (Shaping) Easy warm-up is followed by effective, versatile, body shaping muscle fitness exercises performed with different types of resistance devices. Relaxing stretches.
PUMPPI (Body pump) All of the muscle groups are trained thoroughly with bars and dumbbels. Everybody can train according to their own fitness level and weights. Short recovery breaks.
RASVANPOLTTO (Fat burning) A long, fun & challenging 45-minute coreographic section to get you properly warmed up, to rise your basic fitness level & burn a whole bunch of calories! After this a short muscle fitness part mostly for the abdominals and stretching.
STEP-MUOKKAUS (Step-shaping) Half of the time is spent on stepping up on the board with easy basic steps that will get you properly warmed up and especially your lower muscle groups to work out. The other half is dedicated to muscle fitness exercises and for recovering stretching. You will burn a whole load of calories on this class!
VATSA-PEPPU (Belly-butt) After a simple warm-up the focus is set on the belly, buttocks and back area, muscle fitness and streching. Precise training for the middle area muscle groups!
VENYTTELY (Strecthing) 30 minute long stretching class. You can combine this to the previous aerobics class or for example after gym training.
